My husband is USAF and we rented from MIler for two years. When we first tried to move in on July 1, they called us on June 30 to tell us that the house wasn't ready and we'd have to wait until July 10. Then it became July 15. Finally on July 18, we were able to move in. The house was absolutely filthy. The microwave and fridge were covered in food, and the floors were extremely dirty. I was looking for a rental home. I looked at a few properties, including some from other property management companies. I happened to like the one from Miler Properties and put my application in. I was approved with no problems. The place was in good condition, just needed a small clean up from being vacant for awhile. Whenever I needed something, I emailed them and got things taken care of.
