Run while you can! Sean Evenden still owes me >$2700.00 a full year after I've moved out of his property. He blames the fact that i never received my security deposit back (plus reimbursement for all the repairs i accomplished) on the owners of the house. Whether this is true or not, he is untrustable and unwilling to stand up for you as a tenant making him a bad choice for a property manger. Consider renting elsewhere if you see his name or life realty on any properties.
