I was referred here by Alvarado Dentist, but my experience was disappointing from the start. I called and no one answered, so I left a detailed voicemail with my full name, referral, and what I needed. A week later, I got a call back and the receptionist opened with, ‘Did someone call this number?’ no idea who I was or why she was calling. Not worth coming. Felt like the receptionist didn’t even want to be there LOL They said they were gonna give me a call back to let me know if they accept my insurance and it’s been about 2 months already 😭 I came here for a root canal treatment and left feeling judged and bad about the state of my mouth. Obviously people understand that their teeth aren’t the best shape, that’s why they go to you for help. Don’t be in this field if you’re going to treat your patients like an inconvenience. Just go to a different place guys
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. As soon as they find out you have Medi-Cal they put you at the bottom of the list. But if you want to pay cash they will see you same day no problem.

Never calls me back and there receptionist is awful I have been approved for a root canal but they have not made it a priority to contact me
