There were 17 listed issues that I sent the owner. I had to email her because when we were seemingly having a decent conversation she all of the sudden became overwhelmed and stated that I hurt her employees feelings. This is the same employee that was responsible for 90% of the issues. Her staff cut the stream of our event for 10 minutes. We are a nonprofit and they did it during the fundraising. Seamless lives up to its name, but also adds a personal touch that can't be equalled!
