Don't trust this guy....Just to make a very long history alittle more understandable, I will do my best tosummarize what is actually a nearly 2-year, and still ongoing fiasco. Oleg became involved at the request of another exterior contractor. Black & White roofing had completely botched installing vinyl siding, and bybotchedI mean completely destroyed thenew materials, causing extensive structural damage, never finished thejob, smeared silicone all over house, fence, AC, landscaping.
