I have just recently started using Seamless Cares for my mom's care. She desperately wants to stay in her own home, so we are doing our best to respect her wishes for as long as possible. With other agencies , some staff weren't in the house for even 5 mins. All mom requires for care is meals and meds. We provide mom's meals and all they have to do is warm them up. My sister wasn’t sure what to expect but the initial meeting with Seamless Cares helped to alleviate any concerns she had. Her caregiver was chosen based on personality matches. As a result my sister and her caregiver had an immediate connection because of the careful thought that went into pairing them. My sister sees her more as a friend than a caregiver.
