Bill and the team at Seamasters are above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. They believe in the "customer for life" mentality, and they live it. Patient, quick to respond, and kept their word at every opportunity. Fantastic!!! Thank you, Seamasters Just want to add, we bought two new WaveRunners from Bill and Kelly and the team at SeaMasters. I can't believe this business would ever get less than anything but a 5-star rating. Best boat business in the industry - not even close!
Great service and welcoming
This is a bunch of know it all, they know everything about boating. Just bought a boat and trailer and could notbe happier. Now if the weather could improve so I can go use it.
Fantastic customer service from Dave Jones! He helped us (Sackawa Canoe Club) purchase a 9.9 Yamaha outboard motor at the start of the summer and we loved it. When an older motor died at the end of the season we knew who to go to and at the start of fall to purchased a second 9.9 Yamaha. Both motors have been stellar. Easy to work with and gave tons of helpful advice and tips. I recommend him and Seamasters highly!
