Rebuilt 2 7.4 mercruiser engines and a transmission for me. As well as new distributor caps plugs etc. said I’d be good to go to take the boat from marina del Rey to San Diego. When I left both engines were fluctuating in rpms and would not go above 2500-3k rpms. Engines were dying while I was in the water. Was able to limp it on 1 engine to Newport Beach.
