Love this Doctor and her office staff.
Dr.seaman is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and has a really great bedside manner...her staff is also very excellent....everyone there makes me feel like I am not just a patient but part of the family. Dr. Seaman and her staff are just amazing people and always so helpful and friendly. I recommend dr. Seaman to everyone I know and will continue to

Dr Seaman caught my cancer. I do agree her office personnel need to be re educated on how to treat people. Rachel is the only one that treated me nice in the office.
While Dr. Seaman seemed pretty decent, her staff is NOT. Someone from there office scheduled 2:00 p.m. appt for me, and when I went in, her receptionist was extremely rude, and told me my appointment was at 1:00 p.m. When I told her no, my card said 2:00 p.m., she sat there and argued with me, only to end with "well, someone messed up then because we do not schedule appointments at 2:00". I asked her, well if my appointment was at 1, why didn't someone call and say something. (Common sense!)
The office staff is so rude on the phone every time I speak with them. I usually have to repeat why I am calling multiple times to multiple people, and I am always put on hold. I had such a great experience calling them the first time, so I said the second time must have just been bad luck. Now, I have had four conversations, and the latter 3 were really unpleasant. They always ask me to call my insurance, but it is literally their job. Ask any other office. It blemishes how great Dr.S is.
Terrible office hours. Takes off days based on school schedule of kids. Not for the working woman. Typical office wait time is 30 minutes. Rudely pushes birth control. Her other doctor in office is extremely rude with a poor mannerism and disrespectful of a patient's decisions. Don't go to the doctor if she is unavailable.
