Sealy Service does almost all of my custom home and remodeling projects for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. They always pass their inspections with ease and complete the work quickly. Great communication and the crews show up when they say they will.
The technicians from Sealy Services who came out to help were timely, professional and knowledgeable. Everything you would hope for when in need of plumbing help. I will recommend Sealy services to my friends and family because I was treated with professionalism and respect throughout the entire process.
Hands down the worst HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical service company in the greater Birmingham area. DJ Sealy is an extremely unprofessional business person and you will regret using him. I am warning you now. Do not use this company for anything.
Company is very rude. Technician doesn’t call you to set up an appointment, you have to call them which is crazy. Also technicians hang up in your face as well. Do not recommend!
The technician did not know how and what to repair, the answer from him was "I need to talk to my boss first". There was not follow up after that. I called and messaged both company number and technician number, no one ever answer the calls. I will not recommend this company. There are many better ones out there.
