Hands down the worst HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical service company in the greater Birmingham area. DJ Sealy is an extremely unprofessional business person and you will regret using him. I am warning you now. Do not use this company for anything.
Company is very rude. Technician doesn’t call you to set up an appointment, you have to call them which is crazy. Also technicians hang up in your face as well. Do not recommend!
The technician did not know how and what to repair, the answer from him was "I need to talk to my boss first". There was not follow up after that. I called and messaged both company number and technician number, no one ever answer the calls. I will not recommend this company. There are many better ones out there.
I wouldn’t refer this company to anyone, got some guy named BJ on the phone (after waiting a week for a call back to schedule an appointment) and after I explained this issue with our system and told him I had a family friend that is a master HVAC tech look at it, he immediately downgraded the very well known and highly recommended company my family friend works for. Then I guess was in his feelings about what I said and told me he had no interest in doing any of the work.
