Fantastic customer service, fair price and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for when it comes to an auto repair place? I had been looking for a permanent mechanic after the one I had used for years finally retired. Thankfully I now have one! Couldn't recommend them any more than I do. A South Knoxville treasure.
This is an excellent business. They repaired by vehicle, they were honest up front about cost and stand behind their work. So great to find a really good local mechanic. I highly recommend them.

Eli will keep it real with you and not try to upsell/swindle you. the only shop I have felt respected and safe in as a woman. been here multiple times with two vehicles and the service has always been great. additionally, the coffee shop across the street is very convenient while waiting.
