Over 6Thousand Dollars for a 4 mile transport is ridiculous. No oxygen, vitals,nothing but transport. This company needs investigation for fraudulent charges. At this rate they probably make a 500K profit a day on a bad day and millions on good. Very unprofessional and rude. Insurance paid 5900 and still want ove 600 hundred out of pocket. Required to transport my newborn from IU north to Riley. They charged over $5,000. Accepted $1,000 from my insurance and then billed me the rest despite it violating Indiana code. Esmeralda (customer service) was rude, cruel, and condescending when I said we couldn’t afford it.
