If I had known what trash this company was, I would have refused the ride. 5200 dollars for a 15 minute ride where all they did during it was check my blood pressure. Immoral scam artists.
Was charged over $5K for a transport for my daughter from Community South to Riley. She had to stay on fluids so we didn't have a choice. They took her vitals and we drove 16 miles and they charged my insurance $5K! I called and spoke with April, she did offer to drop the bill by 50% with a payment plan and offered to transfer me to her supervisor (I didn't ask her to.) I then spoke with Laura who was incredibly rude and absolutely no help at all. She told me that anytime an ambulance shows up, it's $4K. Excuse me!? People d... read more
Not in an emergencie, ambulance illegally rode in a turn lane and cut off a whole bunch of traffic. Would hate to see how they drive otherwise.
I had my first hospital stay at 23, a couple weeks ago. I needed transport from Fishers to Indianapolis and the team I had was fantastic. Having been my first time, they kept asking how I was feeling (nausea because of looking out the back) and then we just kept chatting about anything and everything. I can’t remember their names but I definitely remember them ! Thank you for being so caring to me!
