Charged $4500 for a 15 mile ride. No vitals, no oxygen. Nothing but transport. Anthem will not cover since they are out of network. Apparently Seals chooses to be out of network so they can charge whatever they want.
I often interact with their employees, and am blown away by how rude most of them are to not only myself, but other people including patients. This company has quite a reputation, and it's not a very good one. It's always my displeasure to deal with them.
Wouldn't recommend them at all i needed transfered to indy from franklin hospital it took them almost 5 hours. Then once on the stretcher they almost flipped me outside didn't say sorry or anything. Then the whole ride up they didn't say one word to me to check on me.I would not recommend them at all amd would do zero stars if i could!!!
What a poor excuse for a company and don't know how they are staying in business. They won't respond back to my insurance company with documents they have requested. Also, charged me $3500 just to transport me 15 miles to another hospital. They didn't do anything except transport me.
