Great experience getting my bracelet. After about a day of wearing it, I noticed I made it too tight so I asked her if I can adjust the bracelet just before my flight. She said yes, making time for me, insisting she wants me to be comfortable before I leave to Korea. 10/10 service, highly recommend!!

Today we called and got a same day apt to get a permanent bracelet for my daughter for her bday. Bonded was so welcoming and squeezed us in while still providing amazing customer service! Awesome experience and my daughter loved it!
