I had a permanent bracelet put on that turned out to be very temporary. I reached out to Sealed with a Spark via text to ask about repairs from other jewelers and got in touch with the owner, KT. She was very responsive and flexible about scheduling. I was initially going to stay with only a repair but after seeing the quality (and selection) of her chains, I decided to purchase one for my charm. I had such a great experience at Bonded SF thanks to KT! She was incredibly bubbly, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. KT took the time to explain the whole process in detail, which made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I had the most amazing time getting a gorgeous permanent bracelet at Pier 39! The chains are all beautiful, high quality, with intricate variations and incredible collection of charms to add on. Staff is kind, genuine and knowledgeable! For my first bond ever, KT was very personable and made my sister and I super comfortable. Oreo gave his input in which chain to choose. I will definitely be back to keep my bracelet stack going. It’s been months since I got the bond and the bracelet is beautiful and such good quality. It’s so easy to do daily work, gardening, cleaning, exercise, etc. it never gets in my way.
