Called them about a vent leaking the other year, Elijah said he couldn't fix it and a plumber would have to do, but then show me on video call from the roof of the vents, he wanted to charge me $900 to silicone them. (No other materials despite their claim and none of the vents they wanted to "fix" are leaking. Two other roofers said they look fine.) I said no and he was mad he had opened the silicone already. I said no and then had another roofing company come by to fix the leak, and they did so instantly and said that he was trying to scam me with that charge. Would not ever do business with them. Be careful.
I found this company from thumbtack. I had big leakage during last storm in Chicago area. Elijah is a very knowledgeable and responsive person. He came for estimates and knew all the causes of leaking on roof. He answered all my questions. His team worked efficiently replacing flashing in one day.
I’m so glad I reached out to this company, where others didn’t listen, here I was. Only took me about 2 hours to okay the repairs I sought and they worked very hard to fit me in their schedule. Not only that, they were honest up front. Wrote them a check for completion of work and they returned it, stating that the amount was way over from what was actually owed. When it’s time to redo my roof, they will be the first company I reach out to.
