Do not hire this company. The guy Matthew Nicholas is a total scammer. He operates I guess in Southern California/San Diego, and also the SF/Bay area under the same name. So watch out for both! Hired him do do a very simple roof repair and concrete resurfacing on my small driveway. Him and some unskilled laborers showed no care and got the resurfacer all over my cinder block house, everywhere the driveway meets the house. This company has went above and Beyond my expectations very satisfied with the flat roof they’ve repaired from my business thank you so much. Ps you have very little reason to look elsewhere!!
Ive used this company they stopped my leak at a reasonable price would definitely use them again
AKA Smart Roofing & Paving. Did not perform as promised. Work was low quality. They never sent receipt of payment nor warranty after MANY reminders - he promised over and over he would and never did. Would not recommend to hire.
