Apartments are alright, but management at 401 lofts pretty much mislead me about finding a subleaser. From paying a fee to now management not even returning phone calls from myself or my parents about my apartment. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Enjoyed living here for 2 years, would definitely recommend for students and young professionals!
I have enjoyed living at the 401 lofts for the past 2 years! The studios are nice and furnished. The staff and maintenance people are receptive to any issues you run into and will try their best to help within a few hours. 401 lofts is safe and mostly worth what we pay to live here. The activities throughout the year like ice cream socials are also a lot of fun.
Best place to live in Downtown Akron. Building is clean and office is very helpful. I would highly recommend living at 401 lofts to others.
Lovely place my 2nd home I feel comfortable and the people very nice also the staff super helpful and friendly, high secure.
