PARENTS BEWARE Kids will write nice reviews because its probably their first apartment and they are excited like my daughter was. The truth is this place is a SCAM. My daughter moved in Aug of 2016. Complete nightmare....It was a horrible unorganized cluster with 20 min waits for the elevator. We get to her room and they hadn't finished fixing her bed/bath area. RecommendedChoosing the 401 Lofts was the best decision I made when choosing an apartment. The staff are absolutely wonderful. You get to know all of them and it's always nice to stop down in the leasing office to have a chat with them. The building has so many conveniences I find myself not wanting to leave. Besides who can complain about free coffee and hot chocolate? Not me. RecommendedThe 401 Lofts has exactly what I need as a University of Akron student, even as for someone majoring in applied computer science. They have community gathering with catered orders of food on Holidays and special occasions to make you feel even more like home. They have a 24 hour weight lifting room too and more.
RecommendedI currently live at 401 lofts, and I am absolutely in love with it! Hands down the nicest apartment building in Akron. The amenities are amazing, and the staff is always super friendly and nice. I 100 percent recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to live in Akron!
