Lack of communication (in english AND spanish) I've been there a couple of times when I was low on cash and needed a quick trim or so. Yesterday, I went with my little sister because I had been in a desperate need to get my ends trimmed. We requested that my sister get her hair cut short, and I get a trim. ($13 for shampoo and blow dry, $8 for a haircut) We get our hair shampooed and conditioned and are sat down. Imagine my horror when I look up just in time to see the student snip off not one, but SIX INCHES. I almost faint... read more
Don't do it.... I read this review and had to chuckle. I went to that school yesterday and they tried to do the same thing to me. I would not recommend that anyone go there. Empire has cheaper prices and they do a much better job.
