I used to be a big fan of this practice I loved the fact they were a small practice & cared about their patients youo see the same faces everytime. But I don't know what has changed maybe the current economic climate has caused them to try to nickel & dime their customers now. Because I am being billed a no show fee for an appt I NEVER confirmed. I got charged to the tune of $15K and this is what I got: June 2023 I visited the office for dental cleaning, at the time I was told I have a bad tooth and need a root canal & crown, a week after the new crown failed. I was told that I have to have a bridge and they will credit me for the crown. once they put the new bridge it was loose and very painful to chew on, I made couple of visits but no relief till the bridge chipped the tooth to the front of it and seated, It was then they put bunch of adhesive and repaired the fro... read more
