Initially my experience was decent. My inspector provided a detailed report to which I addressed all the major items as well as sending photos back to Seagate after the seller provided remedy on those items. There were several back and forth with the company to make sure that the inspection caught any and all "show stopper" items. We are very thankful for Seagate Inspections! The first house we were looking at was a money pit, but had no idea how much until it was inspected. Jim didn't push us either way, but gave is the information we needed to make an informed decision. Today we had them inspect our second house and again they did a wonderful job. It seems like we found a lot more noticeable problems in our house than the inspection mentioned. the guy they sent out seemed kind of aloof and not as thorough as I thought he'd be. I was pretty disappointed.
