I took time to think carefully about this review. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, and no one was rude. However, from a business owner’s perspective, my overall experience was very disappointing. Our crews operate commercial mowers daily, including Scag, Exmark, and Bad Boy. We purchased a Gravely Pro-Turn 560 hoping to add a cost-effective commercial mower with a strong cut, good speed, and reliable performance.
