I was almost hit by the property managers vehicle yesterday. I was walking home after he hid in his office for 30 minutes. I tried to flag him down, he looked me straight in the eyes, laughing as he swerved around me at the last moment. He should be fired

Omg, the worst management company I have ever seen. Make a complaint, and your doomed. I've been selectively left out, ignored, and zero gets done as per the law. I have kept great documentation. It's only a matter of time. Owners, take a good look, and stand together. WE DESERVE BETTER

My community pays approximately 23,000.00 a month for their services. I've lived here 2 1/2 years and watched ZERO being done ro all common areas. Then hit with 200 $$ increase in 2 years, an assessment and they went to partial reserves. I tried numerous times to actually speak to management, but they ignore me. NOW, I'm being told to contact the BOS'S Attorney. I watched my grass completely turn to 100% thick weeds. It's disgusting.

I have lived in several HOA and condo communities so I recognize both good and poor management. Ella Womack provided outstanding service at the Limetree development. As a new resident she was welcoming and helpful. If something was my responsibility she let me know and gave me good guidance. She is a first rate manager and I was distressed to see her leave. I truly hope Seacrest finds a new location for her. She’s a true professional.
