They did not pressure wash my balcony or sidewalk in October it is black with mold and nobody will help me with this issue.

I’ve been dealing with the lack off pressure washing my sidewalk and balcony for two months and Seacrest and the property manager doesn’t do anything about it, I have pictures and it’s horrible considering what we pay per month and nobody is doing anything about it. Like I said I have pictures of the black balcony.
The company did not pressure wash I have pictures and the property manager will not do anything about it I have called Seacrest 24 times they passed it to the property manager who made excuses I have pictures
Horrible service they pass it to the property manager who does nothing about the issue. I have been dealing with black concrete for months and he said it’s just old it’s bs.
Poor service we pay almost 700.00 per month
Seacrest employees at the main office are great but the property manager is rude. I pay almost 700.00 HOA fees per month. I put in a work order for the palm in front of my door to be trimmed because of all the nut pods, hanging from them and treated for bugs. Now the main area of the complex looks great but between my building beside the balcony not so great, so I’m a buffet for the bugs. Seacrest advised my property manager of my request and he told me to stop complaining that was the end result.
