****** ******** VP of *************** spread libelous statements regarding my interaction with one of their property managers who verbally assaulted me yet Seacrest turned the actual event around and spread the false narrative that is was me who verbally assaulted their employee. She won't return calls and could care less.
I pay over 600.00 per month in HOA fees and the maintenance is and management doesn’t do anything about it and neither does Seacrest.
And still no positive response
I can see our condo complex slowly deteriorating since being taken over by Seacrest Property Management. They have an excuse for any kind of work not done. It's super frustrating dealing with them. You can't get management on the phone & hardly see them in the office. Janitorial services have dwindled down to monthly instead of biweekly. etc.Today, someone has dumped construction material in our laundry tub despite building reps posting signs in English. Poor maintenance service and nobody will call you back
Horrible maintenance I just spoke to them and they send me to Tracey she send me to Bob the property manager and neither do anything about the lack of sidewalk pressure washing or the fact they had to drill my front sidewalk and did not paint it the same color.
You have increased our HOA twice in 6 months and my balcony looks horrible with mold. I have called politely several times and you pass me to Bob the property manager which ignores my concerns. So at this point I want to talk to a supervisor that will do something about this issue. I have received a voicemail from Eddie the maintenance guy to stop complaining and they will press wash in 6 months. This is not the service I am paying for.
I have been looked out of my condo for 4 hours with groceries the property Bob came up and had the same unclogging problem but said everything is fine.
Service is horrible I have been patient for 6 months and.nobody helps.
