Ask for all the rules and regulations. Security system not worthy. Can't tell you who entered a room even with cameras in hallways and corridors. We had 5 complains in the first 24 hours of occupancy. Physical therapist excellent! Staff and nurses excellent except for a small percentage who were reported. Make a list of all needs before for your loved ones. And tour all and any facilities.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything!
