I switched to Dr Meghan Geils for my child's care when my health insurance changed. I've been impressed with her knowledge and compassion. The staff has been helpful and efficient each time I've had an appointment. James Island is lucky to have this caring practice so conveniently located.
Dr. Geils may be a decent physician but we would never know as the way this practice operates, you can never see your physician. The practice is operationally a wreck. It is difficult to access the practice. When you get there, you can expect extremely long waits and a rude, uncaring staff. Today, we could take no more. After over an hour and half wait in the reception area and then being painfully left in an exam room forever, we left. The staff and manager could care less.
Dr. Geils is wonderful! She takes any fear of seeing the doctor, instantly disappear. Dr. Geils has a wonderful bedside manner. She takes time to answer questions and is very thorough. Because of frequent moves, my daughters have had seven different pediatricians and Dr. Geils is by far the best!
