I thought our appointment was at 3:15 but the text I got said 3:00. We arrived at 3:00 but then had to wait about 15 minutes. Not sure if there was an error with the text reminder or if things were just running behind.

My daughter chipped her tooth. They kept her as calm as they could and responded to her needs. She is a bit of a wimp but she said it wasn't too bad-- my translation -- they where gentle and did a good job.

From the front office all the way up to Dr. Gary, from Rochester all the way to now in Dover, his office has always been great! My son has ALWAYS looked forward to his cleanings and Dr. Gary has always been understanding and accommodating of children with special needs. Thank you!

This was my sons first dental visit ever. He's two and had a blast! I was expecting a lot of tears and screaming but it ended up being lots of smiles and giggling! Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended and will refer all of my friends here!
