From the very beginning on initial selection, competitive price quotes, ordering, lead time estimates, delivery arrangements, onsite delivery and after the sale, Keith has been very responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. Reached out to them on Facebook Marketplace, they responded almost immediately. We setup a time to come for an appointment the next day. Showed up their show room and met Keith. He was awesome. Not a pushy salesman guy. He answered all of questions about the hot tub I was interested in. Never tried to upsell me. In fact, he showed me other tubs that were less expensive. I would say this is the best place in town to get your hot tub. They also worked to have it delivered and setup the very next day, on Fourth of July weekend.... read more

Spa was exactly as advertised and owners were great to work with over the phone prior to purchase, as we were from out of town. We were able to go to Charleston to view the spa and make our purchase easily and quickly!

Keith and Lena were fantastic and we had the best time buying a hot tub from them! Not only are they professional and fun, but their prices are unbelievable! We made quick work of the transaction, and the hot tub was delivered within days! Nothing better than having a hot and bubbly tub in your own backyard!
