My mother is normally a very private person. She injured her leg and was told to put no weight on it. We had to hire 24/7 care. She loved her caregivers and did not object to the invasion of her privacy. We made the right decision as she transitioned to Assisted Living.
I contracted with SeaCare to care for my mother when her health and ability to live independently took a sudden decline. SeaCare In-Home Care Services is amazing! My family member needed in-home help while recovering from a hospitalization and illness. SeaCare provided immediate assistance and was responsive to our family member's needs. They were flexible and and helped with problem solving. We had Esther to help give a shower to my husband. He said it was the best show he has ever had. She was efficient and thorough. He was a very happy camper. He felt so much better. Esther is a real jewel and she is so kind to others. We hope to see her again.
Ugh. Where to start. More to come. One star is very reluctant. Why is zero not an option?!?! I have waited now for two plus days for a phone call from the owner to reconcile the bill versus the services received. Serious problems. Get everything in writing. And then double check. Make sure you are their client and not the facility that they are visiting. Then more to come...
