I have waited now for two plus days for a phone call from the owner to reconcile the bill versus the services received. Serious problems. Get everything in writing. And then double check. Make sure you are their client and not the facility that they are visiting. Then more to come...
I was given advices as to who to choose when it comes to a caregiver team. The number one thing they said is make sure that the schedulers are communicative and responsive. Five stars comes from the fact that Stephanie and Hannah have been rockstars in their ability to assist me in putting together a schedule to assist my mom. Prompt, professional and I'm sure that is throughout the company.
