this is how I walked into my room.. although the staff was great and very helpful this is disgusting.
This place was nice, clean, quiet, friendly. However, before we left this guy came in and “figured out” my bill and told me if I paid now I’d get a 25% discount and it was “in my best interest” to pay it within 24 hours. I declined. I got the ACTUAL bill today. It’s about 1/4 of what he gave me as a discounted price. That’s some sleazy practice and shouldn’t be allowed! I would think twice about any prescriptions or work they want to do as they’re obviously money hungry!
This place was awesome! No wait, took me right in. After checking me out, they gave me a breathing treatment and then an X-ray. It’s like a miniature hospital, everything is there. Was diagnosed with acute bronchitis from the flu. Inhaler, prednisone, Z-pack and heavy duty cough medicine, should be good as new shortly. Have to rest, good thing it’s the weekend
Fastest ER I've ever been to in my life. They are friendly, prompt, and extremely professional!! We were in and out in just under an hour. The RN Amanda was really nice and Dr. Blake was excellent and took her time examining my son as well as explaining things. I'd go back again in a heart beat!
Prompt, professional, caring. Did a great job with my 3 year old's laceration, we will be back.
This is the nicest place ER I have ever been to. No waiting in the waiting room. Was taken straight into a room. Was seen right away by a nurse. Doctor shortly after that. Diagnosed within minutes of being seen by the doctor. They do not force anything on you like most emergency rooms do that you don't need. I will definitely be coming here again!
