This ER is a joke. A First Responser is waiting in ER ... Soot on face. Coming from a fire call. Has not been seen for 2 hrs. Seriously!
I wouldn’t recommend going to Seabrook ER unless you are literally dying and/or have plenty of money to throw away. I went there not long after they opened with fever and a sore throat, they did a rapid strep test, gave me no meds, and sent me home. They never called to give me my results or follow up (I was leaving for vacation that same day and some antibiotics would have saved me days of pain while traveling) but I did get a nice little $1600 bill a few months later, even through my insurance covered ER visits. Recommendedjust came back out of Seabrook emergency room because of acute back pain found out that I had a pinched nerve. the staff there was amazing the doctor was incredible and everybody was patient and kind. I would 100% recommend if in need of care going to this Hospital all the staff is amazing patient and very understanding especially due to the circumstances with all this stuff going on with covid.
went tonight for chest pain, all staff professional and punctual, impressed with the empathy compassion. thank you guys for being there when needed!
Stay away from this place and find another walk in clinic. The wait time on the sign is deceiving as it shows how long before you go to a room. Waited almost 2 hours to see someone. Gave all my medical cards and just received a bill for $1,105.00. No mention of anything submitted to my insurance. Find a walk in at CVS or other Convenient walk in places. Unless you are brought her by ambulance drive on by as fast as you can. SJ

I used to have no complaints about the service here until recently. I have gotten a mysterious bill from A visit in July, for $748..with insurance. Needless to say there’s a handful of doctors clearly not in my network of insurance and this was never disclosed to me by any of the medical staff. This place is AWFUL! I went in for a strep throat test and was charged $2743.00. I waited in the room for over 3 hours for them to come and swab my throat and run the test. It came back negative but still wrote me a prescription. Then when I called on the outrageous bill they said it’s a level 3 visit since I was given a prescription for a medicine I didn’t even need. I took my 4 month old there the same week (this was before the bill) for a flu test since my husband had the flu and he had symptoms. I was then charged $1900.... read more
