Rent is overpriced for the amount of time it takes for maintenance orders to be completed and how some office staff treat/support tenants. I am thankful of the office staff was helpful, but their is one that was rude and failed to address concerns appropriately with asking clarifying questions and making assumptions.
Jacquelyn Is great. Goes out of her way to make sure everything is done when needed.
I’ve been living here for 5 years now and I just have to say that Jacquelyn is the absolute best and sweetest ever! We had no issues with our previous unit and decided to upgrade to a larger unit and she made the process so easy and stress free. I love it here, the views are amazing and the community is so friendly. 10/10 for us thanks for everything Jacquelyn!
Update. They added a new water machine to the gym but didn’t replace any of the old equipment. The gym really needs some attention.
Everything may seem fine as they get you in but once you’re in it’s a nightmare. management sucks and is condescending. They do not get repairs done in timely manner, they will give you the run around. The gym is filthy(nothing updated, same ran down machines from years ago) the pools are gross, no one cleans the poop even though there are bags everywhere with trash bins.
