Gym and pool not well kept. Some gym machines don't work. The mirror looks like aluminum foil. The lights don't work near the office where the mail boxes are. The spa is usually dirty and there are rock pieces on the bottom of the spa. The light in the spa is also broken and looks it's coming and could potentially be a safety hazard. People have been parking in the handicap parking spot and have no handicap placard displayed. I'm not sure why? But it's extremely disrespectful to people who have disabilities.
If you’re thinking about living here and expect basic safety, responsive staff, or human decency especially as a veteran or someone with a disability stay far away. I’m a 100% disabled veteran dealing with both physical and mental health challenges, and this property has added more stress than support. Management has repeatedly ignored and dismissed my concerns even after multiple break-ins to my vehicle. My tires were slashed. My car had to be towed. Still no action. I only been living here for a couple months and yes there was an attempted vehicle theft the first week of my vehicle but besides that management and the maintenance department have been excellent trying to accommodate my needs and concerns. We have been here for about a week. The neighbors are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The apartment is very clean with new carpets. All our appliances have been working great and there has been no plumbing issues. Jonathan, the Community Manager has been great from our first visit to find a rental unit here. He is very resourceful and understands your needs readily. He answers our emails in a timely manner with appropriate responses for our questions. They take forever to fix issues in your unit. For privacy's sake I will not tell you when we moved in but I will tell you is that we repeatedly requested to have certain issues fixed but because they are not urgent, they are not addressed. We also spoke with our neighbors the day we moved in & one neighbor advised us that after the first week, they won't be fixing anything.
