We have been here for about a week. The neighbors are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The apartment is very clean with new carpets. All our appliances have been working great and there has been no plumbing issues. Jonathan, the Community Manager has been great from our first visit to find a rental unit here. He is very resourceful and understands your needs readily. He answers our emails in a timely manner with appropriate responses for our questions. They take forever to fix issues in your unit. For privacy's sake I will not tell you when we moved in but I will tell you is that we repeatedly requested to have certain issues fixed but because they are not urgent, they are not addressed. We also spoke with our neighbors the day we moved in & one neighbor advised us that after the first week, they won't be fixing anything. May 2024 - One Star I don't feel safe here. In the summer, people who don't live here come and take over the pool. They smoke pot, get drunk, and leave a mess of butts, trash, and open containers. The gates to the pool are not secure. The back gate has been broken for over a year. Anyone can walk right in. There is no daytime security service. No one to get trespassers to leave. Jonathan has been the best manager these apartments have had since I’ve been here. He goes above and beyond to take care of any questions or concerns. In the past few months I’ve seen a huge difference within the community. Like I always say it all starts with good management. Thank you Seabridge for making or stay very pleasant.
This place and the people managing it and running it are horrible managers and horrible people. The young lady at the front desk is a scam artist, liar and theif and corporate office does not care. Devina lied to me from the start first by telling me smoking is allowed on the balconies then telling me about the all smokers building where they allow them to smoke even after I told her I have a baby and do not smoke in my places of residence, only to be offered the same smoking apartment again.
