May 2024 - One Star I don't feel safe here. In the summer, people who don't live here come and take over the pool. They smoke pot, get drunk, and leave a mess of butts, trash, and open containers. The gates to the pool are not secure. The back gate has been broken for over a year. Anyone can walk right in. There is no daytime security service. No one to get trespassers to leave. Jonathan has been the best manager these apartments have had since I’ve been here. He goes above and beyond to take care of any questions or concerns. In the past few months I’ve seen a huge difference within the community. Like I always say it all starts with good management. Thank you Seabridge for making or stay very pleasant.
This place and the people managing it and running it are horrible managers and horrible people. The young lady at the front desk is a scam artist, liar and theif and corporate office does not care. Devina lied to me from the start first by telling me smoking is allowed on the balconies then telling me about the all smokers building where they allow them to smoke even after I told her I have a baby and do not smoke in my places of residence, only to be offered the same smoking apartment again. April 2024 - Three Stars I've seen improvement over the past few months since Jonathan has taken over as Property Manager and FPI Management has hired two maintenance persons. They have a backlog of repairs to make such as repairing the two hot tubs: One has been broken for a couple of months, the other has been broken for over a year. Jan 2024 - Two Stars Management has slipped considerably. Repair requests are ignored. A few bad tenants are making the garbage bins untenable: Food waste left on the ground. Garbage bags tossed on top of the bins, not inside. Litter and dog feces on sidewalks. Even simple things like restocking the dog waste dispensers with bags are met with hostility.
