Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Maintenance even brought be a treat once when they came for some routine maintenance. Very straightforward guys working here. Monica has been super helpful and efficient.
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. Mosquitos and roaches everywhere I go. I feel like the mosquitos are coming in through the bathroom somehow. The bathroom exhaust fans are incredibly loud and obnoxious as every time you flip the switch on for the light, the cruddy exhaust fan has to go on too & it affects my partner who is a light sleeper. This property has been incredibly disappointing. The pest issues are also unacceptable. I’ve seen roaches, ants, and raccoons around the property. Flies seem to come out of nowhere if you want to enjoy some watermelon on the patio. The dumpsters are frequently left open, which attracts pests, and it’s common to see flies swarming around trash and like I said, even food left outside for a moment. Management also likes to advertise that the area is naturally cool and windy, so air conditioning isn’t necessary. Give me a break.... read more
