This property has been incredibly disappointing. The pest issues are also unacceptable. I’ve seen roaches, ants, and raccoons around the property. Flies seem to come out of nowhere if you want to enjoy some watermelon on the patio. The dumpsters are frequently left open, which attracts pests, and it’s common to see flies swarming around trash and like I said, even food left outside for a moment. Management also likes to advertise that the area is naturally cool and windy, so air conditioning isn’t necessary. Give me a break.... read more
Rent is overpriced for the amount of time it takes for maintenance orders to be completed and how some office staff treat/support tenants. I am thankful of the office staff was helpful, but their is one that was rude and failed to address concerns appropriately with asking clarifying questions and making assumptions.
Jacquelyn Is great. Goes out of her way to make sure everything is done when needed.
I’ve been living here for 5 years now and I just have to say that Jacquelyn is the absolute best and sweetest ever! We had no issues with our previous unit and decided to upgrade to a larger unit and she made the process so easy and stress free. I love it here, the views are amazing and the community is so friendly. 10/10 for us thanks for everything Jacquelyn!
