In August of 2019 my wife and I booked unit 800 for the week of Sept 8th to 15th. We had just gone through 3 years of health issues and were looking forward to the holiday. My sister-in-law in Virginia Beach became very ill and we had to cancel our vacation in order that we could help her. Attempted to cancel a day prior to the "cancellation date". Ignored our email and VRBO messages and instead charged our card. Had to involve VRBO customer service to get a resolution as Christy, the manager, ignored their own agreement. Impressively shady organization. Edit to respond: While you may not have had control over the miscommunication with the booking site, you had full control of your response. The best vacation management operation in the Area.
I stayed in unit 105 ! It is such a beautiful cozy feeling home. It’s such a wonderful stay I cannot and do not have any complaints! The home is filled with everything I needed! EVERYTHING! I am overly amazed about our stay ! Couple steps and I was at the beach ! I mean perfect. If you decide definitely choose unit 105!!!!!!
