WORST COMPANY EVER & SUSAN NOLAN IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. I must say in my 70 plus years and licensed in Real Estste for darn near 50 of them, I have never had such unpleasant uncooperative people in my entire life. They still have over $600 of our funds they overcharged a year ago and haven’t returned it as of yet and we sold the unit a couple months ago. The management keeps changing and there is no customer service. I reach out through multiple emails and there is no open or friendly communication on resolving issues or concerns.
A 5 Star rating to one particular employee at Sea Breeze, Saira! I tried to contact the HOA, but I wasn’t hearing back from anyone. I then lucked out and got a hold of Saira’s email address and she was very helpful. She made sure to address my concerns and most importantly, followed through over the course of a week or two in order to get everything resolved. I am very grateful for someone who truly cares and wants to help you.
Trash company I emailed and called and called and called to get my gate security code. They told me someone would call me back with the gate code and nope. Then I emailed and emailed, no response. This is so frustrating, I will try to call again.
Great company. Had the pleasure of doing business with Arlinda who helped me with the architectural application for Elkhorn Grove . It was a smooth experience. she was very patient and knowledgeable
