I had a very concerning experience with the community manager Rachel at Seabreeze Management. When I reported a serious issue involving noises in my condo attic that could indicate wildlife, I was given unsafe and unprofessional instructions. The manager told me that I should go up there myself, climb into the attic, and deal with whatever animal might be inside — as if I were trained like Steve Irwin to handle wild animals. Whomever Greg Torres is , simply terrible Hoa Manager. Hasn't replied regarding property dead trees but then sends me a letter stating to paint my home ..which I painted in May 2026 . The level INCOMPETENCE is alarming
