No stars!!! What an absolute trash of a company you all are!! They will send you a violation to you so quick but whenever you try to reach out you will never get help . What a nightmare!! This is for copper head trails in Las Vegas . What an absolute joke this company truly is . Oil stains everywhere. Letting renters not keep up with yards . The pool has no bathroom that’s work or even furniture. Trash always everywhere. The playground hasn’t been updated in years !!!!!
No stars. They are a terrible management company. They can send violations to you very easily. through the mail. However, when you need to call and talk to one of their representatives over the phone. Good luck with that!
Absolutely terrible customer service! I’ve seen others with the same issue where this company will put a lien on your account without notice not only that but they have also been sending mail to the completely wrong address and then tell you they can’t change your address over the phone and I have to send an email to the association to change the address. This company is a borderline criminal organization abusing their power to lien homes without notice. I bought my first house a year ago, and had been sending monthly payments, only to find out nearly a year later that they had put on a lien on it without once informing me. After having to get their contact information from a debt recovery service (since they never once bothered sending me a letter informing me how to contact the local HOA) I found out they had entered the WRONG ADDRESS in their system, hence why I was never ... read more
So disappointed about the service they provide they just don’t care about their costumers or any concerns we can have as a costumer we pay so much for association fees in summerlin and they don’t even take time to answer a simple question.
