I live in Elkhorn Grove and Arlinda Limanoski has been super helpful with getting me settled in. I had to leave for vacation and she made sure I got my mailbox key and gate transponders. She’s always quick to respond and really easy to work with. Appreciate all her help!
Terrible service! Seabreeze took over the brand our new KB Magnolia Ranch community in Las Vegas. It takes months to resolve simple problems like changing light bulbs in the park or replacing dead bushes. No answers and no transparency at all!
I live at Spanish Valley and had a great experience working with Arlinda Limanoski . She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the ARC application process and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her responses were very quick, and thanks to her efficiency, I was able to get my approval much faster than expected!!!!! good customer service thank you
I have lived in the Ardiente Community since 2018 and currently serve on the APSP committee. During my residency I lived through a couple of community management companies and community general managers. Since Tammy Johnston became General Manager and Misael Tovar became Maintenance Manager, Seabreeze Management has significantly improved the Ardiente Community in North Las Vegas. I have nothing but great things to say about Ardiente, a Seabreeze Management Community in North Las Vegas. Tammy Johnston, is a knowledgeable, efficient and hands on manager and has the place running smoothly. The community is incredible and getting better since her arrival there. If you are looking for a great community, check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
