Great company. Had the pleasure of doing business with Arlinda who helped me with the architectural application for Elkhorn Grove . It was a smooth experience. she was very patient and knowledgeable
It’s been almost three weeks and our gate still hasn’t been fixed. I haven’t been sleeping well at night—this is really frustrating. I’ll keep this post up until they make an effort to resolve it. I also agree with another reviewer about how quickly violations are sent; the issue was extremely minor, almost like dealing with a nosy neighbor.
Yeeesh! What's with the bad reviews?!! They aren't that bad. I had a weird charge on one of my bills and called and was helped by arlinda she went out of her way to explain my bill and all charges. She was patient and courteous. Thank you
Unprofessional as they can possibly be! We are residents of Ardiente and are in the process of doing a landscape restoration and the incompetence of Tammy Johnston is glaring. Despite going through hoops to have our project approved the internal communication of the staff has been horrible. Our permit was finally approved and posted and we began the project. I live in Elkhorn Grove and Arlinda Limanoski has been super helpful with getting me settled in. I had to leave for vacation and she made sure I got my mailbox key and gate transponders. She’s always quick to respond and really easy to work with. Appreciate all her help!
