Worst company ever. They sent me a notice regarding a violation of bushes that are "too tall". I emailed Manager to clarify what that means and what exact section in the CC&Rs we were in violation of. I also requested a copy of the CC&Rs to review. Manager responds via email to simply say bushes should not exceed the height of one story house but provides no CC&Rs, so I asked for the information again and informed her my bushes are shorter than me. Update 9/10/2024 - my HOA fee is now $515 ...this is crazy to pay $515 in Fountain Valley. Posted in 2023 - I owned my condo for 2 years and Seabreeze raised the HOA from $335 to $475. It seems odd and the property is not being cleaned up or maintained. We have a cockroach issue through-out New Chase and broken pipes. Some of my neighbors reported cockroaches at the swimming pool ... very unhealthy living.
I wish it were possible to give fewer than 1 star. This company manages the HOA at my home and has me considering selling because they are so unpleasant and difficult to work with. Our community doesn't have a pool and isn't fully landscaped, yet we are charged $470/month; with the 115 homes in this community, that equates to $648,000 annually.
