Linda and the Seabreeze management team is very informative and proactive. They respond to emails quickly and if they don't know the answer they will find out and get back to you.
Linda is great! Extremely responsive and very timely. I had an issue that I called her about, and she not only took care of it same day but also made sure to call me back with an update. This is by far the most responsive management company I have ever dealt with.
Had horrible and utmost unprofessional experience with Property manager Stephanie. She doesn’t know how to behave and demean clients (if that’s a term she understands)
Seabreeze Management has been managing our community’s HOA and I have had no issues. They are always responsive and informative. Our specific manager Nichole has been amazing to work with. She took over our HOA recently and things have been running very smoothly since. She was able to resolve issues that had been at a standstill in a timely matter. Worst company ever. They sent me a notice regarding a violation of bushes that are "too tall". I emailed Manager to clarify what that means and what exact section in the CC&Rs we were in violation of. I also requested a copy of the CC&Rs to review. Manager responds via email to simply say bushes should not exceed the height of one story house but provides no CC&Rs, so I asked for the information again and informed her my bushes are shorter than me.
