Excellent company with neat communication!!
Linda at Seabreeze is #awetastic! She has accepted at least 4 phone calls from me! With that being said, there has never been a rush to get me out of her hair. She took her time to listen and even asked me legitimate questions and offered solid viable solutions! Big thumbs up and a 100% improvement since she's taken over managing our community here at Meadow Creek Moreno Valley!
Living in this community has been more stressful than it should be, thanks to the HOA. Communication is poor, decisions are made without transparency, and enforcement of rules feels inconsistent and arbitrary. Requests for basic maintenance or community improvements are either ignored or delayed for months, yet fines and warnings are issued promptly for the smallest infractions.
