They refused to do warranty work on a Ford bought from another dealer. Fuck them. Larson Ford took care of it no problem.
Friendly, clean. No hard pressure sales tactics. Super helpful and patient. Jeff and Artie took plenty of time to show us all the functions, sync the phones, and make sure we were comfortable driving off the lot.
I leased my Ford Explorer last February and I absolutely love it, however, it was the most aggravating experience ever leasing a Ford- after leasing 2 previously. I was sent a very threatening letter regarding a rebate with the wrong vin number and make/model/year as well. Nothing against Ford but I will not return when my lease is up.
