Seabreeze Apartments has been doing bad since Gloria and Hunter left. Even the new acting manager Brandyesha is very unwelcoming and hard to spoke with. Her attitude and demeanor comes across as she doesn’t care and just there to get rid of residents verses trying to help. Not to mention the office staff never answer the phone but are quick to put notices on your door and close the office before you can respond. I've lived here for 7 years now and so far so good. When I call for any maintenance, there are really quick to respond. I can even have packages delivered and noone bothers them.
HELP THESE APARTMENTS THIS. 2.4 FOR OVER 5 YEAR WOW THAY NEED HEIP BAD .....🤔
