Our AC unit went out over night. Yes in the 95 degree days! Contacted my home warranty service, who contacted Seabolts. They responded within a couple of hours. Extremely professional. Fixed unit and all is well! My first experience with them but will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone. All service experiences are different depending on the circumstance, but this one was outstanding!
HORRIBLE company to work with. I filed a claim through my home warranty and this is the bunch of idiots they sent out to look at the unit. Chris told me that one of the units was a different size than it is. He also said that since he didn't do any work there would be no service fee and to contact the warranty company to get it refunded since I had paid it in advance. Referred to Seabolt through Home Warranty Company. They were scheduled for Monday and called EARLY (on Saturday) to see if we were available due to the heat as we had expressed concern with having young kids. Fixed our problem within hours of arrival, very professional, nice,and personable. Highly recommended. Have used a couple HVAC companies in the area and will NEVER use anyone else. Highly recommend. We had a problem on the first hot day of Spring with one of our units. I called and they came right over, fixed our problem and we are so thankful!! I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!
Assigned by the Home warranty company, I was left to call them to schedule. I left a voice mail and called 2 more times the day my heat was out. Got a hold of someone around 5pm only to get a rather unprofessional person on the phone. The man who answered did schedule a appt for 10 am. Never showed and did not answer the phone. If your home warranty company does set you up with this company ask for another and save the hassle. I am sure they are busy this time of year but no call and no show is unacceptable
My home warranty company is contracted through Seabolt. I was waiting for about 4 days for them to contact me about coming out to take a look at my AC. I tried FB message, calling, and email. I left 3 voicemails and never received a call back. I could no longer leave any more voicemails because the voicemail box became full. Never heard back from them, and Al Marino had to take over the claim.
Seabolt's is fast, professional, knowledgeable and dependable. They came to my house and found and fixed my problem within a matter of hours. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone.
