If I could give this salon a negative star I would. This is why it's on groupon. Jamie who was supposed to wax me at 1pm called to cancel my appointment at 12:51pm because she had an emergency with her son. Well I'm a mother also who had to have a babysitter come to my house so I could go and get waxed because I am recovering from reconstructive surgery on my right hand. I am calling to have my groupon refunded and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Another reason why I love Columbus! We have so many small private owned business. I just finished a winter wax and face treat. Ask for Will or Jamie!
This was my first time at Seabolt & Co. My appointment was for an eyebrow wax with Brenna. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Brenna took her time, asking questions about how I like my brows. Her and the other employees made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking an appt with Brenna and trying this place out!
I got my first Brazilian done by Jamie, it was clean and quick and you hardly notice the pain of hairs being ripped out because he puts on quite the show. I highly recommend Seabolt & Co. for any waxing services, first timers and especially for anybody in the short north / campus area and don't wanna pay short north prices. And what I like the most about them is there website you don't even need to call to make an appointment you can literally do it on there website right from your phone!
I got waxed by Brenna and she did an amazing job. I totally recommend her!! Clean environment and super friendly staff!
Purchased a groupon, unable to reach anyone via telephone, website to schedule a service. I even drove to facility during business hours, and they were closed. Group on has since expired.

I came here for a facial last week. Everyone was super nice, and the salon itself is really cute. Sherri did my facial, and it was lovely. My face felt fresh and clean afterwards, and I was really happy with the results and the experience. I'd definitely go back, and I highly recommend Seabolt & Co!
