I called 3 different times during regular business hours and no one picked up the phone. I called a 4th time the next day still during business hours and left a message saying I simply wanted to schedule an appointment. I was still unable to get in touch with anyone. I won't be attempting to call them again. I went ahead and booked any appointment elsewhere.
I loved my experience! This is such a cute little shop. And this is honestly the least amount of pain I've been in for a waxing. I would highly recommend Natalie and will definitely coming back to her for my waxing needs! Awesome prices too! The only complaint is the parking situation...
I gave a two star rating because everyone was really sweet, but after the first visit I thought my skin was having a reaction to the essential oils that were used to clean off the extra wax. So, I returned the following weekend to receive the rest of my waxing services and opted out of using their oils. The next day my legs and brazilian area were on fire when I got in the shower.
