I arrived to them at 10 am, and at 11:30 they sent me to the port... they said that they would unload me at the port of Miami.
The right side if the warehouse has no idea what the left is doing. No sense of urgency from anyone. Very sad work force. 1 hr later i finally get checked in Yes an hour to checkin
Very slow
My experience was good. Arrived at 8am and took around one hour from arrival to departure. Security guards were nice.
Don’t come 5 .no anybody open door. Security guard come at 7.00 am .so make line 6.45am make line on load front of entrance gate.first come first out.don’t care about appointment in my case.i am free in 1 hour .limited door for refrigerator .door 30 and 31.bake to door and go to receive office
