I would have to say it is actually the worst experience I’ve had in a long time I made the reservation for my birthday to come up from Redding a 5 Hour Dr. and I got a message saying the hot tub was gonna be down which that was one of the reasons I booked to stay there at that hotel, and so I canceled my reservation and then as soon as I cancel a little bit later, they call me and tell me it’s gonna be up and running when you get here so I made the reservation again and then whenever I got here driving in five hours and my b... read more
The customer service was outstanding!! The breakfast was super convenient and the waffles were yummy. The room had a super strong bleach smell upon check in that faded slowly over my stay. The bed could use a replacement, it had a low spot and felt very uncomfortable, old, worn out. But the amazing and friendly customer service almost makes up for the bed!
I so love this place. It was very clean. The shower was great. The bed was great. The service was excellent. There was a problem with the TV and they put a whole new TV in there. They were so patient with me when I didn't figure out where the heater was and they showed me lol. I would highly recommend this place I stayed here quite a few times I will continue. I've seen other places here in Fort Bragg and they are not that good. This place is the best and the price is reasonable.
This place is runn6a scam to the customers who stay here so PLEASE BE AWARE. I was charged $50.00 for a washcloth towel because I had a little bit of my denture adhesive on it🤬🤬. They lied and said that I had damaged 3 towels but it truth it was only one washcloth. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so please don't get scammed like we did. I was wondering why the place was empty on a weekend, now I'm guessing they do this frequently 🤬🤬. Thank you
