Very satisfied with them, David in sales and getting the electronics set up the way i wanted them was a quick easy purchase. And John in service, just took it in for its 20hr break in service and had them add a Garmin radar and some led light bars. All work performed was top notch even down to the way i wanted the feet on the light bars mounted. Although i was ready for that little detail to not have been done but it was. They made buying my first boat very easy and i will be back!
Sea Witch worked with me to get a new Yamaha installed in time for the Yamaha extended warrantee program. Thanks Dave in sales, Ivan and Mike in parts and John in service. Appreciate the quality attention I received.
After you buy your boat- it's bye bye. Salesman said don't call me. Call service. Service department expensive and not great. Need a good canvas guy.
Repowered my Super Panga with a brand new 2015 Yamaha 115. From the sales department to service to the parts department the Sea Witch crew are first class all the way!
By far one of the best customer service retail business's I've spent my money at. Dave and the rest of sea witch marine are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone!
