We are existing patients. I called yesterday 10/14 to make a flu shot appointment at the Irvine office around 10:52AM and the receptionist was extremely rude. She wasn’t patient. She had a bad tone with me (not sure because I have an accent and she couldn’t understand). I am thinking of switching offices after 3 years because of this service.
