Just got off the phone with the old lady after I had scheduled and she was extremely rude and confrontational and cut my off and had disgusting manners . I am an office manager at a location across the street and would never allow my staff to talk to people in that manner. Absolutely unacceptable I will never bring my children here again ! I love her doctor but not worth having to talk to that lady ever again !
They told us over the phone they were willing to follow an alternate vaccine schedule. Fast forward to the two month visit, that was no longer the case. Told us we should find an office that does what we want, they only follow the CDC rec to the T. Imagine being denied care in 2026. Our Dr was great though, just chained to office policies. We left of course.
The older lady who answers phones for scheduling is the worst. She was very impatient, got frustrated when I had more questions, super rude. If I have to deal with this each time I need to schedule appointments, I'd rather go somewhere else.
Just got off the phone with the rudest receptionist. It was so difficult to get a word in. Definitely not how a parent should be spoken to. Highly recommend retraining the receptionist on phone/ patient etiquette. Will be looking elsewhere for establishing patient care.
