Such a nice stay and service. Great value. I am shocked that anyone would write anything less than five stars.
Through our own error (booked somewhere else because we thought we never completed the booking bc we never got any email confirmation and couldn't find a charge bc it went to a 3rd party) we were a no show for a 3 night booking. We have been trying to get a partial refund (advertised hotel policy states no shows are responsible for first night fee plus taxes, fees). We definitely are getting the runaround.
