Best experience ever – My friend and I got our very first tattoos at the end of July 2008 and were a bit nervous and excited, our tattoo artist Shane was very nice, and personable. He did an amazing job of the picture we brought in, and was totally relaxed, he took his time and was fun to talk to, I would have no hesitation if I ever get another tattoo to go to SeaTramp.

I am proud of my tattoos from Sea Tramp – This is partly in response to the negative comments below. I have been tattooed by Jeff and Don, and I am very proud to have been tattooed at this shop which is an unsung, yet important piece of tattoo history. I am constantly complimented on my pieces by these gentlemen, and as long as I live I will cherish the experience I had there. They're awesome! – After reading some of these negative reviews, I have to pipe up. I have had 3 tattoos done at Sea Tramp - One done by Jeff Johnson nearly 8 years ago, and two by Billy Jack in the last year and a half. I have NO true complaints about either of them. Jeff was super patient and also a very gentle, and made my first tattoo experience unforgettable. Fantastic Friendly Staff, Fabulous Tattoos, A great place all around! – Not only is Sea Tramp full of friendly helpful tattoo artists they give fabulous tattoos , from the designs to the atmosphere this was a great experience, will be going back there for all my future work, thank you so much Jeff and crew!!!

HIGHLY SKILLED, FANTASTIC ARTWORK, HEALED IN NO TIME AT ALL! – My husband went here first & Jeff Johnson turned his idea into a beautiful tattoo full of shading and such great detail. I was very impressed so I went to see him with ideas from my honeymoon and drawings of how I wanted it to be compiled. He drew out a wonderful scene and got right to work. Great tattoos!!!! – I've gotten a few tattoos so far and trust me they aren't dinky! i heard about it from a friends friend who had gone there and had some great tattoos done by this guy named patrick, he wasn't there so i went to billy. i got some nautical stars, it would have been awsome except for the fact that he can NOT tattoo worth sh*t. it was f*ckin lame and i had to go to the tiger lily to get them f*cking fixed!

very unfriendly, got ripped off – I went to billy jack on a recommendation from a good friend that he was doing good for cheap as he was an apprentice. I went in march of '07 for a consultation. He drew up an idea for me after having me pay him $100 deposit. I signed no paperwork of this, just gave my money. He called me back about three weeks later with the drawing. The parking isn't great, but its worth the trip! : ) OMG! they have the best tattoo artists around, and Don Deaton is world famous & has the funniest stories to tell. His wife is so beautiful!! The artists there can't be compared to any others.
