Our home buying experience with Sea-town Real Estate & Christian was amazing! Christian was really down to earth and listened to our needs. He was not pushy, and was willing to speak up when a home may not be in our best interest. This new housing market is not what our parents bought in pre-covid. Christian helped me set my expectations which led us to finding our eventual home. I would recommend Christian to anyone in the PNW!
Christian sold our home, we had four offers to review. And we sold it for 32k over listing price! Sure a great team to work with, the photos and video of the property were amazing! Christian and his team even purchased the additional items needed to pass the appraisal. I would highly recommend this team for all real estate transactions!
