RecommendedCaptain Bob and Tommy saved the day (1-24-20)! We live in Hidden Harbor and our pontoon had a major split in one part. Tommy was extremely friendly but most of all efficient in raising up and getting it ready to be towed. I was totally amazed to what lengths he went to achieve this!! Beware all Sea Tow members!!! I have been a Sea Tow member nearly as long as they have been in existence. Yesterday, 1/16/20, I received an e-mail announcing Sea Tow’s new and improved smart phone App. The instructions stated to delete your old Sea Tow App before installing the new App. DON’T DO IT! The new App will only install on IPhones running IOS 13 or above. Those of us owning IPhone 5, 6, or 6 plus are not able to download the new App as Apple will not upgrade the operating system for these phones beyond IOS 12.4.1. T... read more

We got caught in some heavy wind that really kicked up the water. My wife freaked out and called her sister, some time during the call she accidentally hit airplane mode on her phone. Well, her sister called Sea Tow thinking that we had capsized, because she couldn't reach my wife on the phone. By the time we had the boat on the trailer Sea Tow was there. The captain was very nice and had tried calling us on the phone, after he couldn't reach us he came looking for us. Best money I've ever spent having Sea Tow.
