I got to say it!! They are the best. Heather O'Brien and her team came to my rescue today when I was only half a mile from the boat ramp after a long fun boat day. I called the office and she patched me to Captain Mike Dillon who was there in exactly 20 minutes like they said it would be. This was after 6 pm when we know all the captains are out there with their hands full and responding to dozens of calls!! Ran out of oil on Memorial day at marker 73. I called Seatow and they showed up in like 10 minutes with oil. We were on our way!
I have been a Sea Tow member for 3 years. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern shown my family on Mar 29, 2016. My family, including 4 small children, went from Ft Myers Beach to North Captiva for lunch. On the return trip the boat stopped in the middle of the bay. As a storm approached Sea Tow was contacted. We were alerted that Sea Tow could not come get the boat - or its inhabitants!!!
